Warranty & Repairs

Gear Should Be Used. We Stand Behind How Ours Is Made.

UltimaPeak products are designed for real use outdoors, and we stand behind our materials and workmanship.

Every UltimaPeak product is covered by a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the original purchase date.

This voluntary warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights. It does not replace or limit them.

Consumers may have the right to complain about original defects for at least three years under Swedish law, regardless of whether the one-year warranty has ended.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended use.

Examples may include:

  • A faulty component
  • A material defect
  • A construction or assembly issue attributable to production

If we determine that a product is covered, UltimaPeak will choose an appropriate solution based on the product and issue.

This may be a repair, replacement, replacement component or refund. Your mandatory legal remedies remain unaffected.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, ageing or cosmetic changes that do not prevent intended use
  • Damage caused by accidents, abrasion, punctures, cuts or excessive loads
  • Damage caused by contact with heat, open flame, chemicals or sharp objects
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or use contrary to product instructions
  • Damage caused by neglect, misuse or improper storage or care
  • Products that have been modified or repaired without prior approval from UltimaPeak
  • Loss, theft or damage caused by another product
  • Counterfeit products
  • Products for which valid proof of purchase cannot be provided

Outdoor gear naturally develops signs of use. A worn area or accidental trail damage is not automatically a manufacturing defect, but we are still happy to assess whether a repair is possible.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us through our Contact page and include:

  1. Your order number or dated proof of purchase
  2. The product name
  3. A short description of the problem and how it occurred
  4. Clear photographs showing the complete product and the affected area

Please do not send the product before receiving instructions from us.

We can often assess the first step from photographs and may be able to solve the issue without an unnecessary shipment.

Products purchased through an authorised UltimaPeak retailer or an official UltimaPeak marketplace store are eligible when valid proof of purchase is provided.

We may ask you to begin a statutory complaint with the original seller, depending on where the purchase was made and which remedy you are requesting.

Repairs Outside Warranty

Some products can be repaired even when damage is not covered by warranty.

Contact us with photographs and we will assess what is technically and economically reasonable. If a paid repair is possible, we will explain the expected cost before any work begins.

Returned gear must be clean and dry. For safety and handling reasons, we may be unable to process heavily soiled products.

Shipping for Warranty and Repairs

If we confirm that a defect is covered by warranty or mandatory consumer law, UltimaPeak will cover the necessary and reasonable shipping costs associated with the approved remedy.

For accidental damage, normal wear or another issue outside warranty, the customer is normally responsible for shipping and any agreed repair cost.

Statutory Rights

This warranty gives you specific contractual rights in addition to the rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or replaces rights that cannot legally be limited.
